The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of S1, seed selection; S2, mulching film selection; S3, fertilizer preparation; S4, deep ploughing and soil preparation; S5, preparation before sowing, specifically, dividing the land into a plurality of rows of biodegradable mulching film covering areas and a plurality of rows of high-standard polyethylene mulching film covering areas before mulching film covering, wherein each row of biodegradable mulching film covering areas and each row of high-standard polyethylene mulching film covering areas are alternately arranged, a fertilizer is spread on the biodegradable mulching film covering areas, acetochlor is sprayed on the biodegradable mulching film covering areas for under-film weed prevention; during mulching film covering, it is guaranteed that the edges of biodegradable mulching films and the high-standard polyethylene mulching films are overlapped, and the edges of the high-standard polyethylene mulching films are located above the edges of the biodegradable mulching films; S6, seed sowing; S7, field management; and S8, high-standard polyethylene mulching film recycling.
