Abstract

The invention provides a cap-unscrewing and shearing system for a throat swab sampling system. The cap-unscrewing and shearing system comprises a clamping assembly for clamping a test tube, a cap unscrewing assembly for unscrewing a cap of the test tube and a shearing assembly for shearing the head of a throat swab sample in the test tube. The cap-unscrewing and shearing system is characterized in that the cap unscrewing assembly comprises clamping jaws used for clamping the cap; a spring is arranged in a containing groove of each clamping jaw, one end of each spring is fixed to the inner wall of the corresponding clamping jaw, and the other end of each spring is fixed to the upper portion of a clamping block; the clamping blocks are connected with the clamping jaws through pin shafts, so that the clamping blocks can rotate in the axis direction of the pin shafts; and an angle sensor is arranged in each clamping block, and the angle sensors correct the clamping distance between the clamping jaws based on the angle changes of the clamping blocks. The clamping distance between the clamping jaws is controlled and corrected through a control unit until the angles of the clamping blocks do not deflect, threads on the outer side walls of the clamping blocks are adjusted to abut against a thread on the outer wall of the cap, and therefore the effectiveness of unscrewing the cap is effectively improved.
