Abstract

The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that 1, a five-axis linkage numerical control machining center is adopted for fixing a forging stock, and the forging stock is machined into the transition rail through a numerical control profiling forming tool; 2, the end faces of the two ends of the transition rail are aligned and attached to the pretreated end faces of the groove type rail and the standard I-shaped steel rail correspondingly, and then a flash welding machine is adopted for welding; and 3 post-treatment is carried out on welding seams after flash welding is conducted between the groove type rail and the transition rail and between the standard I-shaped steel rail and the transition rail.
