Abstract

The invention provides a group breeding method for micropterus salmoides easy to eat compound feed, and belongs to the technical field of aquatic product breeding and biological genes. According to the invention, the expression modes of POMC genotypes after fasting and re-feeding are compared. Physiological indexes of various ingestion and growth performance, including weight, cortisol, growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1 and blood sugar and correlation of their contents with the POMC genotypes, are detected. The regulation and control effects of different POMC genotypes in food ingestion and inhibition of micropterus salmoides are fully illustrated. The domestication of the micropterus salmoides by replacing bait fish with the compound feed has been well developed in the aquaculture industry; and the research is beneficial to the molecular marker-assisted breeding of the feeding habits of the micropterus salmoides and is used for obtaining micropterus salmoide groups with rapid growth, high utilization rate of the compound feed and high domestication efficiency ingestion characters. The method can be applied to subsequent further improved variety breeding of the micropterus salmoide groups easy to eat the compound feed.
