The invention discloses a hydrogen peroxide production wastewater treatment process which comprises the following devices: a catalytic oxidation tower, an air floatation tank, a water distribution tank and an EGSB tower; a water inlet is formed in one side of the catalytic oxidation tower, the other side of the catalytic oxidation tower is connected with the water inlet of the air floatation tank through a pipeline, an air floatation device is arranged at the top of the air floatation tank, a water outlet is formed in the bottom of the air floatation tank, the water outlet is connected with the water inlet of the water distribution tank, a wastewater inlet is formed in the top of the water distribution tank, the bottom of the water distribution tank is connected to the EGSB tower through a pipeline, a biogas outlet is formed in the top of the EGSB tower, and a liquid outlet is formed in the side surface and is connected to a sedimentation tank.
