Abstract

The invention discloses a limited position set position-free control method based on a permanent magnet flux linkage observer. A flux linkage observer of a voltage model method is improved based on a flux linkage calculation method of a current model so as to obtain a more accurate flux linkage for finite position set position-free estimation. A plurality of pieces of position information are discretized from a rotor position at a certain moment, and a permanent magnet flux linkage observer and a designed flux linkage cost function are combined to calculate and evaluate a flux linkage so as to accurately extract an actual rotor position. The improved permanent magnet flux linkage observer has high anti-interference capability, can accurately estimate a two-phase permanent magnet flux linkage in the presence of interference, can estimate high-precision and good-stability position information through a reasonably designed flux linkage cost function, and omits a PI controller. By adopting the limited position set position-free control method based on the permanent magnet flux linkage observer, the precision and robustness of a position-free system can be improved, and the stable operation of the position-free sensor of the permanent magnet motor is ensured.
