Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an ecological sustainable degradable material sand barrier. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing the degradable material sand barrier; (2) preparing a functional finishing liquid of the degradable material sand barrier; (3) carrying out functional finishing treatment on the degradable material sand barrier; and (4) laying the degradable material sand barrier. The degradable material sand barrier is manufactured from leftover materials in the spinning process, the raw material cost is reduced, and meanwhile, environment friendliness and degradability are achieved, the near-ground wind speed can be effectively reduced, wind erosion can be relieved, and a relatively stable and suitable environment is created for plant growth. Melamine resin is adopted as a stiffening finishing agent and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate is adopted as a catalyst, the reticular sand barrier is endowed with excellent stiffness, no stand column is needed, and manpower and material resources are reduced; and meanwhile, after the effective service life is achieved, the melamine resin and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate are converted into N and P fertilizers along with degradation of the sand barrier, and the soil fertility can be improved.
