Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent terminal radio frequency antenna and a manufacturing process thereof, and relates to the technical field of electronic communication. The manufacturing process of the intelligent terminal radio frequency antenna comprises the following steps: selecting a shell; spraying liquid metal slurry on the inner and outer surfaces of the shell and in the via holes reserved in the corresponding positions; patterning the liquid metal slurry on the inner surface and the outer surface of the shell by using laser, and forming a liquid metal antenna and a liquid metal feed point which are connected by a liquid metal metallization through hole after the liquid metal slurry is cured; wherein the liquid metal antenna is located on the outer surface of the shell, and the liquid metal feed point is located on the inner surface of the shell; and coating the outer surface of the shell with a first insulation packaging protection layer at least covering the liquid metal antenna. According to the embodiment of the invention, the antenna forming of the three-dimensional structural surface on the shell can be met, the selectivity requirement on the shell material is low, the antenna forming on materials except PC and ABS materials can be met, and the spraying process in the invention can realize one-time forming, does not need repeated overprinting, and is high in overall efficiency and high in yield.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic communication, and in particular relates to an intelligent terminal radio frequency antenna and a manufacturing process thereof. Background technique [0002] Nowadays, the development of electronic products is changing with each passing day, and the functions are becoming more and more powerful, while the products are getting smaller and thinner. As one of the important components of electronic products, the performance and size of antennas are directly related to the quality of electronic products. With the miniaturization of wireless communication products, built-in antennas have gradually replaced external antennas, and have now become the mainstream of antenna design. [0003] The existing manufacturing processes for built-in antennas mainly include FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit Board) process, LDS (laser direct structuring) process and PDS (printing direct structuring) process. The FPC pr...
