The invention provides a multi-component substance detection method based on a wavelength modulation spectrum technology, the method comprises the following steps: calibrating a detection system by using at least one probe substance with known path integral concentration to obtain a monomial coefficient kwm of a first relational expression of Vm and CwLw; grouping the absorption peaks of the probe material to obtain expressions, so that the expressions among the absorption peak groups are linearly independent from one another; equentially utilizing (n-1) to-be-detected substance calibration detection systems, obtaining a first term coefficient of a second relational expression of CepLep by combining results of the probe substance calibration detection system, measuring the to-be-detected substances through the detection system, obtaining V1, V2, V3... Vn through measurement, and obtaining the path integral concentration CepLep of each to-be-detected substance.
