Abstract

The invention relates to a treatment method of a mixed solution containing isopropanol, acetonitrile, triethylamine and water. The method comprises the following steps: proportioning a mixed solution with one or more of acetonitrile, triethylamine and water to form a first material of acetonitrile, triethylamine and water with a ternary azeotropic ratio; rectifying the first material in a rectifying tower to form a second material of a ternary azeotrope of acetonitrile, triethylamine and water at the top of the tower, and an isopropanol product at the bottom of the tower; then dehydrating the second material to obtain a third material of triethylamine and acetonitrile, and separating the third material to obtain a triethylamine product and an acetonitrile product respectively. The treatment method provided by the invention can effectively treat the waste liquid containing isopropanol, acetonitrile, triethylamine and water generated in the biopharmaceutical industry, solves the problem that components are difficult to separate due to azeotropy among the components, and the components formed after treatment can directly form a product or form a mixed liquid which can be easily separated by the prior art. Therefore, the waste liquid is easy to treat and recycle.
