The micro-nano electronic device comprises a gas sensing module, a signal judgment module, a signal storage and calculation module, a working array resetting module and a substrate which are sequentially laid from top to bottom, wherein the gas sensing module is used for adsorbing to-be-detected gas and determining a current change value and a voltage change value according to the concentration change of carriers participating in particle migration; the signal judgment module is used for determining the mode of a calculation unit participating in work in the signal storage and calculation module according to the voltage change value; the signal storage and calculation module is used for storing the current change value and calculating the concentration of to-be-detected gas according to the current change value; and the working array resetting module is used for performing line-by-line resetting operation when all the calculation units in the signal storage and calculation module participate in working.
