Problems solved by technology

[0004] The simplest way to suppress DC bias in the existing technology is to connect capacitors in series with the primary and secondary windings of the transformer, but this will increase the volume of the converter and slow down the dynamic response of the system

Abstract

The invention discloses a transformer bias current suppression method and device for double active bridges. The method comprises the following steps: building a turn-off angle combination through the turn-off angles of a first inverter switch tube S1 in an H inverter bridge, a fourth inverter switch tube S4 in the H inverter bridge, a first rectifier switch tube S5 in an H rectifier bridge, and a fourth rectifier switch tube S8 in the H rectifier bridge; and obtaining a phase shift angle given value of a transient period according to different values of the turn-off angles in the turn-off angle combination, and using as a generated modulation wave to suppress the magnetic bias current of the transformer. According to the method, the phase shift angle given value of the transient period is obtained through different combinations of switch tube turn-off angle values and serves as a mode for generating modulation waves, and therefore direct-current bias of inductive current and transformer bias current is restrained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of DC / DC bidirectional converters, in particular to a transformer bias current suppression method and device for dual active bridges. Background technique [0002] In new energy power generation systems represented by photovoltaic power generation, the DC power distribution mode has the advantages of reducing grid access costs, system losses, and improving power supply quality, and has become a current research hotspot. The DC converter is one of the key components in the DC distribution network. It needs to have the characteristics of electrical isolation, easy control, high efficiency, and suitable for high-power applications. Dual active bridge converters are very suitable for DC power distribution systems because of their advantages such as input-output isolation, high power density, soft switching, and bidirectional power flow. [0003] The topology of the dual active bridge is as figure 1 As shown, w...
