Abstract

The invention relates to urban safety barrier optimization design software oriented to queuing fairness, and belongs to the technical field of traffic engineering. An anti-epidemic lock sealing line is an effective means for blocking virus transmission, and a safety barrier of a city is constructed. However, how to enable the queuing waiting time of each urban access to be approximately equal under the constraint of limited inspection resources becomes an urgent technical problem to be solved. The invention provides a bilevel planning model, the upper layer model is the optimal configuration of the epidemic prevention inspection station, the lower layer model is the traffic system balance, and the queuing waiting time is calculated by the queuing theory and is regarded as a part of the generalized travel time. A heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the bilayer programming model, the lower layer is a continuous average algorithm, and the upper layer is a genetic algorithm with an elite strategy. Computing software is developed by adopting a free open-source R language. The specific implementation shows that the method is very effective for a policy maker to determine a fair deployment strategy of the epidemic prevention blocking station.
