The invention discloses a method for screening anti-androgen activity of flavonoid compounds based on molecular dynamics simulation. The method comprises the following steps: performing butt joint on an optimized tested flavonoid compound structure and a receptor file acquired by homology modeling, then performing molecular dynamics simulation for 20 nanoseconds by using a GROMACS software package, calculating a mean square root deviation of No.12 helix 8-20ns of a flavonoid compound receptor, importing data into a R language package, establishing a distinguishing model for the calculated standard deviation and residues, and removing inactive compounds from the compounds in a fuzzy area by inspecting the movement trajectories of the compounds in the receptor and the calculated mean square root deviation. According to the method disclosed by the invention, quantitative judgment is imported for the first time, the pre-judgment accuracy is improved by the combination of quantitativeness and qualitativeness, the distinction rate of inactive flavonoid and active flavonoid reaches 87.5%, the screening rate of the inactive flavonoid reaches 90%, the laboratory workload can be greatly reduced, the consumption of test products is reduced, resources are saved, and the prediction accuracy of QSAR can also be greatly improved, so QSAR can be really applied.

Then, voice recognition software of the language of text is selected and used to transcribe the audio file. If the language of the text is not the language of the audio file, then a related language is determined. Then, voice recognition software of the related language is selected and used to transcribe the audio file. The related language can be related geographically, by common root, as another dialect of the same language, or as another language commonly spoken in the same country as the language of the text. Another system, method and program product is disclosed for transcribing an audio file included in or referenced by a web page. A domain extension or full domain of the web page and an official language of the domain extension or full domain are determined. Then, voice recognition software of the official language is used to attempt to transcribe the audio file. If the official language is not a language of the audio file, then a language related to the official language is determined. Then, voice recognition software of the related language is selected and used to transcribe said audio file. The related language can be related geographically, by common root, as another dialect of the same language, or as another language commonly spoken in the same country as the official language.

The invention discloses a fast fusion operation method for multi-source spatial data. The method comprises the following steps of data format conversion, data rasterization, data normalization and data fusion. Data of different formats are converted into raster data files in the NetCDF network universal data format. The R-language program design is applied, and the unified space resolution and grid coordinates are adopted for different raster data layers. The raster data of all layers are standardized, and normalized data sources at the same spatial geographic position are obtained. The R-language program design is applied for cutting different data layers through adopting a vector polygon in a research area, and then a polygonal data layer in the NetCDF format is obtained. R language-based optimal extraction technology for extracting saponin and total flavonoids in liquorice

The invention discloses an R language-based optimal extraction technology for extracting saponin and total flavonoids in liquorice. A central composite design experiment in a response surface method is adopted, the saponin content and flavone content in liquorice are used as detection indexes, and an entropy weight method in an R language environment is adopted for weight assignment of the two indexes, a BP neural network and genetic algorithm mathematical model is established, and target optimizing is performed for the extraction technology to obtain an optimal extraction technology. The optimal extraction conditions are as follows: the ammonia concentration is 0.62%, the ethanol concentration is 64%, the reflux time is 1.8h, and the liquid-solid ratio is 12:1. Relative error between the comprehensive evaluation predicted value of the model and the average comprehensive evaluation value of a verification experiment is 1.43%, proving relatively good predictability of the neutral network and genetic algorithm. In the invention, the established mathematical model searching for the optimal extraction conditions for extracting saponin and total flavonoids in liquorice is scientific and feasible, and new reference and idea are provided for optimizing multiple targets of the chemical components and even effective substance basis of traditional Chinese medicine.
