The invention discloses a preparation method for a photonic crystal structure film electrode of a dye solar cell in the technical field of solar cells. A photonic crystal structure positive template structure is introduced into the solar cell and is packaged combined with a pyridine complex dye of ruthenium so as to form the photonic crystal dye solar cell with improved efficiency. A photonic crystal structure positive template is prepared through emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization and a vertical deposition method, and a titanium dioxide photonic crystal reverse template is prepared through a sandwich treatment topology, thereby improving an electrode structure of the traditional dye cell, exceeding the limitation of laboratory photo-etching processing and enhancing the application potential thereof. The invention discloses a partial discharge direction finding method based on an ultrahigh-frequency phased array principle in a substation. The method includes following steps: (1) acquiring and recording partial discharge signals in the substation by employing the ultrahigh-frequency phased array and a digital detection device with high sampling rate; (2) focusing the partial discharge signals to form narrowband signals at a reference frequency point by employing a broadband focusing algorithm; (3) performing direction-of-arrival estimation on the narrowband signals by employing a narrowband direction finding algorithm; and (4) obtaining the point with maximum azimuth density with combination of multiple direction-finding results, namely the azimuth of the partial discharge signals. According to the method, the size of the ultrahigh-frequency phased array is small so that tour inspection is facilitated, and the spatial resolution is high; and according to the method, for the partial discharge signals in the substation, the partial discharge signals are converted to the narrowband signals by employing the focusing algorithm, and the azimuth of the partial discharge signals is obtained by employing the direction finding algorithm so that the direction-finding precision is high, and the ability of suppressing noise interference is great.

Tryptophan is inserted into the center of a screening sequence to obtain a centrally symmetric short peptide sequence through design, so as to obtain a short-chain narrow-spectrum antibacterial peptide sequence which is low in toxicity and highly effective, andnot easy to cause disorder of immune regulation in a body. The targeted antibacterial peptide is beneficial to maintaining micro-ecological balance while killing harmful bacteria. The antibacterial peptide has relatively high activity, high stability, relatively low cytotoxicity, and substitute antibiotics, thereby having an application potential for becoming a safer and environmentally-friendlynovel antibacterial product.

The invention discloses a surface-modified heterogeneous knot titanium dioxide photonic crystal thin film catalyst. The catalyst is of a three-dimensional ordered inverse opal structure and has an anatase/rutile heterogeneous knot crystal structure, and a photonic band gap is located at a visible light absorption region of the catalyst. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the surface-modified heterogeneous knot titanium dioxide photonic crystal thin film catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing TiO2 sol by virtue of an in-situ modification method; preparing polystyrene microsphere colloidal crystal template by virtue of a vertical deposition method; preparing a nano-TiO2 photonic crystal with the three-dimensional ordered inverse opal structure by virtue of a dipping-vertical pulling method; and carrying out high-temperature calcination, so as to obtain the surface-modified heterogeneous knot titanium dioxide photonic crystal thin film catalyst. The catalyst has very strong visible-light responsivity, and the visible light chemical reaction is enhanced by virtue of a slow photon effect of the photonic crystal; by utilizing the heterogeneous knot structure, the separation of photon-generated current carriers is promoted, and the visible light catalysis capacity is improved; and furthermore, equipment is simple and easy to operate.
