The method comprises the steps of carrying out the low-frequency signal filtering and signal conversion processing of a baseband signal through an improved transmitting device, and transmitting the converted baseband signal to a channel; designing a receiving device based on a Gaussian low-pass filter and a Butterworth low-pass filter, and optimizing the receiving device in combination with a Chebyshev function; sending the converted baseband signal to the receiving device by using the channel; and segmenting the frequency band of the converted baseband signal through the receiving device, and distributing the segmented frequency band to portable mobile equipment and computer equipment to complete communication.
