Problems solved by technology

For example, the dark noise of a vehicle running with motor power and a vehicle with the engine stopped is relatively low. Therefore, during the air-conditioning operation of the vehicle air conditioner, it is easy to generate noise where the heat exchanger is the vibration source.

no. 1 approach

[0022] refer to Figure 1 to Figure 5 A vehicle air conditioner 100 according to a first embodiment is described, which is an example of a vehicle air conditioner capable of achieving the object disclosed in the specification. Such as figure 1 As shown, the vehicle air conditioner 100 includes an air conditioner case 1 that forms an air passage therein and accommodates various functional components. The air conditioner casing 1 is formed by combining a plurality of casing members. For example, the air conditioner case 1 is formed by connecting at least the first case member 1 a and the second case member 1 b in the vertical direction at the fitting portion 30 . The first case member 1a is arranged on the lower side of the vehicle than the second case member 1b. The second case member 1b is arranged on the upper side of the vehicle than the first case member 1a.

[0023] The first case member 1 a and the second case member 1 b form fitting portions 30 extending in the left-...

no. 2 approach

[0067] In the second embodiment, refer to Figure 6 The anti-pipe side support part 118b which is another aspect compared with 1st Embodiment is demonstrated. The configuration of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the anti-pipe side support portion 118b.

[0068] In the second embodiment, the same symbols as those of the first embodiment and unexplained structures are the same as those of the first embodiment, and have the same effects. In the second embodiment, configurations and the like that are different from those in the first embodiment will be described.

[0069] Such as Figure 6 As shown, the anti-pipe side support portion 118b is a plate-shaped portion protruding from the air conditioner case 1 . The anti-pipe side support portion 118b is a plate-shaped portion in which the base portion 118b1 is integrated with the air-conditioning case 1 and the tip portion is a free end. The anti-pipe side support portion 118b has a pl...

Abstract

A vehicle air conditioner comprises: an air conditioner case (1); a heat exchanger (11); a support part (18, 118) provided to the air conditioner case, the support part supporting the lower part (111) of the heat exchanger; and a shock-absorbing material (20) interposed between the lower part of the heat exchanger and the support part. The support part comprises a piping-side support part (18a) that supports a piping-side unit (111a) positioned on the side of the lower part of the heat exchanger where piping (114, 115) for a heat medium extends, and an opposite-piping-side support part (18b, 118b) that supports an opposite-piping-side part (111b) positioned on the opposite side of the lower part of the heat exchanger from the piping side part. The surface area of the portion of the opposite-piping-side support part that contacts the shock-absorbing material is greater than the corresponding area of the piping-side support part.

Description

[0001] Cross-references to related applications [0002] This application is based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2019-23695 for which it applied on February 13, 2019, and uses the said content here. technical field [0003] The invention in this specification relates to a vehicle air conditioner in which a heat exchanger is housed inside a casing. Background technique [0004] Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for suppressing vibration from propagating from the evaporator to the casing by sandwiching a gasket between the lower end surface of the evaporator, which is a component of the refrigeration cycle apparatus, and the casing. [0005] prior art literature [0006] patent documents [0007] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2015-75252 [0008] A conventional vehicle air conditioner includes a heat exchanger held in an air conditioner case. For example, due to the flow of the working fluid, vibration is propagated to the heat exchanger throug...
