Abstract

The invention discloses a reactive power compensation access point screening method based on an out-of-service synchronous generator set, and aims to screen proper reactive power compensation access points on the premise that a reactive power source site is fixed and realize reactive power compensation of the out-of-service synchronous generator set to a system. The method comprises the steps of: calculating the electrical distance between the nodes based on the system node impedance; on the basis of the electrical distance, constructing a node feature matrix; performing hierarchical clustering analysis on the node feature matrix to realize effective partition of the nodes, wherein the node partition can reduce the reactive compensation access point screening range when the retired synchronous unit is used as a phase modifier to operate; according to the geographic position of the decommissioned synchronous generator set, determining a load node partition where an operation plant site is located as a to-be-compensated partition of the decommissioned synchronous generator set; calculating an importance index value of a node in the compensation partition, and screening a proper reactive compensation access point according to the importance index value; and quickly determining the reactive compensation access point based on the decommissioned synchronous generator set, fully exerting the reactive compensation capability of the decommissioned synchronous generator set, and therefore, safe and stable operation of the system is guaranteed.
