Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of application and extraction of carrageen polyphenol, in particular to application and extraction method of carrageen polyphenol to preparation of an anti-marine vibrio drug. According to the invention, experiments find that the carrageen polyphenol has a good anti-marine vibrio effect, and further find that the carrageen polyphenol can be used for preparing a drug for treating marine vibrio enteritis. The invention further discloses a rapid extraction method of the carrageen polyphenol, and an extraction condition is optimized, thereby obtaining the carrageen polyphenol with higher content.
