According to the invention, experiments find that the carrageen polyphenol has a good anti-marine vibrio effect, and further find that the carrageen polyphenol can be used for preparing a drug for treating marine vibrio enteritis. The invention further discloses a rapid extraction method of the carrageen polyphenol, and an extraction condition is optimized, thereby obtaining the carrageen polyphenol with higher content.
