The dynamic color holographic device is composed of a liquid crystal layer and a metasurface layer. The manufacturing method of the dynamic color holographic device mainly comprises a design and manufacturing method of a super-structure surface and a packaging method of liquid crystal. According to the invention, the metasurface is combined with the polarization regulation and control function of the liquid crystal, so that the dynamic switching of color holographic patterns of the device under the condition of incidence of the same linearly polarized light is realized. Through careful design of the nano-columns on the surface of the super-structure, independent control of wavelengths of different colors can be naturally realized, so that holographic images corresponding to different wavelengths can be imaged at the same position, and color holography is realized. An electric control tuning mode is adopted, and the tuning process is simple; according to the method, phase matching is carried out on the nano-structure units at all positions on the super-structure surface by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm, and compared with other matching algorithms, the method is simpler and easier to implement and does not have adjustment of many parameters.
