Abstract

The invention relates to application of daidzein in prevention and treatment of acetaminophen-induced acute liver injury. The dosage of the daidzein is 50 mg/kg; the daidzein is solid powder; the application method of the daidzein comprises the following steps that the daidzein is dissolved in sesame oil, and ultrasonically dissolving is achieved in a water bath. The application of the daidzein in prevention and treatment of the acetaminophen-induced acute liver injury has the beneficial effects that the daidzein relieves APAP-induced acute liver injury symptoms which are mainly manifested in reducing the levels of ALT and AST in serum, inhibiting the expression level of liver inflammatory factors and obviously inhibiting acetaminophen-induced hepatic cell focal necrosis, so that the toxicity of acetaminophen to a liver is reduced. The application of the daidzein in prevention and treatment of the acetaminophen-induced acute liver injury can be used for preparing medicines for preventing and treating the acute liver injury caused by the acetaminophen.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, in particular to the application of daidzein in preventing and treating acute liver injury induced by acetaminophen. Background technique [0002] Acetaminophen (Acetaminophen, APAP), as an antipyretic and analgesic drug, is widely used clinically to treat cold, fever and relieve pain. Overdose of APAP can lead to dose-related liver cell necrosis, and the resulting drug-induced liver injury is the main cause of acute liver failure in western developed countries, with rapid disease progression and high mortality. Compared with acute liver injury caused by other factors, drug-induced liver injury has a longer healing period and is more likely to develop into chronic liver injury. With the abuse of drugs, the incidence of drug-induced liver injury (Drug-Induced Liver Injury, DILI) is gradually increasing, which seriously threatens people's life and health. Currently, N-acetylcysteine (N-Acetyl-...
