Abstract

The detection method comprises the following steps that: (1) a magnetic sensor is fixed on a ferromagnetic plate, wherein a through groove is formed in the ferromagnetic plate, the through groove penetrates through the ferromagnetic plate in the thickness direction of the ferromagnetic plate, and the through groove penetrates through the area, covered by the magnetic sensor, of the ferromagnetic plate; and (2) in a magnetizing field, defect scanning is performed on a magnetized workpiece to be detected by the magnetic sensor and the ferromagnetic plate, wherein a leakage magnetic field generated by the through groove under the action of the magnetizing field and a leakage magnetic field generated by a defect on the workpiece to be detected are mutually magnetized and enhanced.
