Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of cell detection, and particularly relates to an AML cell detection method which comprises the following steps: acquiring high-dimensional AML cell mass spectrometry original data; processing the high-dimensional AML cell mass spectrum analysis original data; and carrying out classification training on the processed data by utilizing an SVM, constructing a classifier by using a combination of a plurality of markers of the AML cells, and carrying out performance evaluation on a classification result. According to the method, some secondary phenotypic biomarkers are used for replacing key biomarkers, and it is proved that under the support of a support vector machine, even if standard biomarkers are not used, the method can still detect acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells in a complex cell population, and even if the proportion of the AML cells in a sample is as small as 5%, the detection precision can still reach 89.1%.
