Abstract

A rotating speed and pH of cell culture conditions and other culture conditions are adjusted. Results show that the cell culture method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that relatively high cell viability can be kept for a long time, and the culture time is prolonged; and relatively high cell density and relatively-long-time high cell viability can be obtained by prolonging the culture time in the circular-track shaking type reactor.
