The invention further provides a using method. After the anchor pile is perpendicularly driven into the ground, a fixing device is installed on the outer diameter of the anchor pile on the ground; auxiliary anchor rods are screwed into preformed holes of the auxiliary device; and the number of the screwed auxiliary anchor rods is obtained according to the soil quality of soil and the anchoring force required for assembling an electric pole. According to the auxiliary device, the number of the screwed auxiliary anchor rods can be determined according to the environment soil quality and the required anchoring force condition, and the working efficiency of anchor pile setting is improved on the premise that reliable anchoring is achieved.
