The method comprises the following steps of 1, preparing an SEBS solution; 2, coating an SEBS film by a blade; 3, stripping the SEBS film; 4, preparing a gold-plated SEBS film; and 5, generating cracks on a gold layer of the gold-plated SEBS film in a mechanical stretching manner to obtain the repairable dynamic infrared radiation regulation and control material. The repairing method comprises heat treatment. The repairable dynamic infrared radiation regulation and control material can be reused for multiple times as a new generation of dynamic infrared radiation regulation and control material. By using the preparation method, the repairable dynamic infrared radiation regulation and control material can be obtained.
