The bracket is connected with an external structure main body, and the grating seat is connected with the external structure main body through the bracket; the grating seat is obliquely arranged relative to the bracket, and a diaphragm is arranged at the upper part of the grating seat; and the diaphragm and the grating in the grating seat are arranged at an angle of 60 degrees.
