Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a business assistant investigation method and system based on a block chain. The method executed at a query side comprises the following steps: a first business assistance system receives a business assistance request input by query personnel; wherein the business assistant investigation request comprises business information, information of query personnel and information of a queried target; the first business assistant investigation system uploads related information of the business assistant investigation request to block chain to obtain a first block chain address storing the related information; and the first business assistant investigation system sends the business assistant investigation request and the first block chain address to a second business assistant investigation system. Query personnel do not need to handle on site, and unforgeability, non-repudiation and traceability of the business query process are realized.
