The high-voltage square-wave pulse power supply consists of an air switch, a voltage regulator, an industrial frequency transformer, a rectifier filter, an IGBT full-bridge inverter unit, a square-wave pulse transformer, a human-computer interface and an IGBT driving unit, the IGBT full-bridge inverter unit is composed of four field effect transistors V1-V4; the IGBT driving unit is composed of a programmable controller, a double-path dead zone generating circuit and four drivers. The programmable controller outputs a square wave pulse signal with continuous, precise and adjustable frequency, two paths of complementary driving signals with dead zones are generated through the dead zone generation chip, and the complementary driving signals drive the inverter bridge composed of the high-power IGBT through the isolation driving chip, and therefore, the frequency can be automatically and continuously adjusted in a wide range of 1kHz-20kHz or can be stably output at a certain fixed frequency.
