The composite material has the characteristics of no halogen, flame retardance, smoke suppression, high temperature resistance, oil resistance, flexibility, easiness in bending, convenience in processing, capability of being recycled and the like, and can be used as a sheath material of a halogen-free flame-retardant cable.
