Embodiment 1

[0041] Such as Figure 1-3 As shown, the embodiments of the present invention provide molecular probes for the treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and their application, and study the influence of selenium compounds on the genome stability of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma:

[0042] Step 1. Study the role of selenium compounds in activating the ATR pathway;

[0043] Step 2. Analysis of the effect of selenium compounds on the transcriptional inactivation of TCAB1;

[0044] Step 3. Study the interaction between ATR pathway and TCAB1 pathway;

[0045] Step 4. Analyze the feasibility of genome stability intervention therapy of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cells under the action of selenium compounds;

[0046] Tumor cell genomes included two human oral squamous cell lines (HSC-3, Cal-27), nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE1 and adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line ACC2 at the time of the study. The reagent for the selenium compound was sodium sele...

Abstract

The invention provides a head and neck squamous cell carcinoma treatment molecular probe and application, and relates to the technical field of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma treatment. According to the head and neck squamous cell carcinoma treatment molecular probe, the influence of a selenium compound on the genome stability of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cells is studied as follows: firstly, the effect of the selenium compound on activating an ATR pathway is studied; secondly, the transcriptional inactivation effect of the selenium compound on TCAB1 is analyzed; then, the interaction between the ATR pathway and the TCAB1 pathway is researched; and finally the feasibility of the genome stability intervention treatment of the head and neck squamous carcinoma cells under the action of the selenium compound is analyzed. During research, the tumor cell genome comprises two human oral squamous carcinoma cell lines (HSC-3 and Cal-27), a nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE1 and an adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line ACC2, and action reagents of the selenium compound are sodium selenite and seleno-L-methionine. Directed at the research hot spot of selenium in cancer resistance, the invention strives to achieve precise targeted therapy by analyzing the node and mechanism of mutual regulation and control of an ATR pathway and telomerase TCAB1 under the action of the selenium compound, so that a relatively remarkable cancer inhibition effect can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma treatment, in particular to a molecular probe for the treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and its application. Background technique [0002] The incidence of malignant tumors of the head and neck ranks sixth among all malignant tumors in the whole body, and more than 90% of them are squamous cell carcinomas. Although the treatment methods have been continuously improved in the past 20 years, its five-year survival rate is still about 50%. Clinically, there are no effective measures against the high recurrence rate, high metastasis rate and resistance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Contents of the invention [0003] (1) Solved technical problems [0004] Aiming at the deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides a molecular probe for the treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and...
