Abstract

The embedded combined excitation light source comprises a thermal light source light path module, a cold light source light path module and a cold / thermal light source circuit switching module, wherein the thermal light source light path module comprises a thermal light source, a first lens, an EX optical splitter and a second lens; the cold light source light path module comprises a cold light source assembly and a corresponding third lens; and the cold / hot light source circuit switching module is connected with the hot light source and the cold light source to achieve switching of the cold light source and the hot light source. According to the embedded combined excitation light source, the fluorospectro photometer is simultaneously provided with two light sources with different light-emitting mechanisms, namely the thermal light source and the cold light source, so that the cold light source can be selected when a detected sample which is easily decomposed or thermally fluctuated by irradiation light is encountered; and when a cold light source is adopted and the EX wavelength required by the test cannot be provided, a thermal light source can be selected, so that the required EX wavelength can be obtained from the continuous wavelengths of the light source.
