Abstract

The invention discloses a flexible clamp for friction stir welding of aircraft parts and machining process thereof. The flexible clamp comprises a first oil tank part and a second oil tank part and further comprises a base, which comprises a base plate and a panel which are fixedly connected, wherein the front end face of the base plate is movably connected with a bow-shaped shackle; a rotating assembly which is used for fastening the oil tank parts, enabling the end parts of the two oil tank parts to be in contact connection and driving the two oil tank parts to coaxially rotate; and a fixing assembly which is arranged on one supporting plate. According to the flexible clamp, the supporting plates and the straps in the rotating assembly are provided with containing grooves matched with the oil tank parts, and the oil tank parts can be accurately fixed; the fixing assembly can be adjusted according to the length of the oil tank parts, and the oil tank parts are pulled to be fixed in the direction of the supporting plates; and the rotating assembly and the fixing assembly are matched to enable different sections of oil tank parts to be in tight butt joint, and then the friction welding head is matched to enable welding to be more stable and welding quality to be better.
