The immersed liquid cooling device comprises: a cooling tank, which is suitable for receiving a main cooling liquid in a sealing manner so as to immerse an electronic device needing to be cooled in the main cooling liquid; a main heat dissipation device attached to the cooling tank and comprising an inner cavity defined by a shell, and a main circulation component and a heat exchanger which are contained in the inner cavity, the inner cavity is communicated to the cooling tank in a sealed mode, and the main circulation component is suitable for enabling main cooling liquid to circulate between the cooling tank and the outside of the heat exchanger; and a cold source interface coupled to the main heat dissipation device and arranged to allow the auxiliary cooling liquid to circulate in the external cold source and the heat exchanger, so as to make the auxiliary cooling liquid exchanges heat with the main cooling liquid at the heat exchanger.
