Abstract

Experimental results show that the tRF-Ile-AAT-019 can directly target an SERPINE1 gene to indirectly inhibit expression of vascular proliferation markers Factor VIII and VEGF, and promote expression of differentiation markers Keratin1 and Invoucrin of keratinocytes (KCs), so that abnormal hyperplasia of blood vessels is inhibited, differentiation and maturation of the KCs are promoted, and research on a mechanism of relieving skin lesion of psoriasis is realized. The research result shows that the tRF-Ile-AAT-019 plays a protective role in the pathological process of the psoriasis by targeting SERPINE1, so that the differentiation and vascular proliferation of KCs are regulated, and a potential new targeting way is provided for the psoriasis treatment medicine.
