Abstract

The invention discloses an epileptic focus positioning method and system based on automatic magnetic resonance imaging, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the magnetic resonance imaging data of a patient in a non-epileptic state, and constructing an initial head model of the patient according to the magnetic resonance imaging data of the patient in the non-epileptic state; a three-dimensional head model of the patient is obtained after correction; inputting the test data set into the fitted full convolutional neural network of the epilepsy focus for prediction to obtain an epilepsy focus prediction segmentation result of the patient; collecting brain wave data of an epileptic and a non-epileptic to obtain all suspected epileptic focus areas; and according to the obtained epilepsy focus prediction segmentation result of the patient and the obtained suspected epilepsy focus area, the overlapped part is the epilepsy focus of the patient. According to the invention, the epilepsy brain lesion area can be rapidly positioned.
