Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrasonic spindle device with an automatic tool changer. The ultrasonic spindle device includes: a housing member having an inner space in a longitudinal direction; a shaft member rotatably disposed in the internal space and having a hollow portion; an ultrasonic vibration member disposed in the hollow portion and having a through hole; a tie rod member provided in the hollow portion so as to move in the front-back direction, a portion of the tie rod member being inserted into the through hole and passing through the ultrasonic vibration member; the clamping component is connected to the front end of the pull rod component and clamps the cutter, and a part of the clamping component is arranged outside the shell component; a rotation device that rotates the shaft member; and a cylinder member that moves the tie rod member forward or backward in a longitudinal direction of the shaft member.
