Abstract

The invention discloses application of an acoustic hedgehog factor in preparation of an aortic dissection auxiliary diagnostic reagent. The sound hedgehog factor is used as a biomarker to be applied to preparation of an aortic dissection auxiliary diagnostic reagent. The reagent for quantitatively detecting the sound hedgehog factors is applied to preparation of an aortic dissection auxiliary diagnostic reagent. The reagent for quantitatively detecting the sound hedgehog factor is an ELISA reagent for detecting the sound hedgehog factor. The invention finds that the SHH can be used as a biomarker for auxiliary diagnosis of the aortic dissection for the first time. As a biomarker, the SHH can well distinguish healthy people from aortic dissection patients. When the SHH is used as a biomarker to distinguish a normal control group from an aortic dissection group, the area under an ROC curve is 0.9445, the specificity is 74.84%, and the SHH has a good diagnostic value on the aortic dissection.
