The method comprises the steps that the color of a target color block of a to-be-sprayed object, the position of the target color block of the to-be-sprayed object and the distance between the center points of the adjacent target color blocks are obtained; according to the obtained data, the multi-color spraying path planning of the single-nozzle spray gun based on the hybrid heuristic algorithm is described as a cluster traveling salesman problem; wherein the cluster traveling salesman problem comprises an objective function and a constraint condition; solving a cluster traveling salesman problem by adopting a greedy random adaptive search algorithm to obtain an initial solution; updating the initial solution by adopting a variable neighborhood search algorithm to obtain an optimal solution; obtaining a spraying sequence of different color blocks according to the optimal solution; and according to the spraying sequence, the single-nozzle spraying gun is controlled to conduct spraying operation on the to-be-sprayed object.
