The invention provides a high and large stope contour control blasting method which comprises the following steps: arranging spaced large-diameter empty holes and small-diameter non-coupling charging holes on two boundaries of a side collapse area of a stope to realize uniform splitting and seam forming of a boundary rock mass along the hole length direction so as to achieve the purpose of stope contour control; according to the charging structure of the small-diameter non-coupling charging hole, a semi-cylindrical barrel is adopted to wrap spaced explosives, a detonating tube and a detonating cord are buried in the barrel to avoid abrasion, the explosives are semi-clamped in the barrel and fixed, and the stability in the process of feeding the explosives into a blast hole is improved; explosive and detonating equipment are bound in advance by the multiple semi-cylindrical barrels, and the semi-cylindrical barrels are mutually bound at orifices to be pushed into blast holes in a relay mode, so that the charging efficiency is improved.
