The invention discloses an experimental device and method for visually simulating gas drilling and sealing, and the device comprises a drilling simulation system which comprises an experimental box body with at least one side surface made of a transparent material, and the experimental box body is filled with a filler for forming a simulated coal body; the grouting system comprises a grouting pump, a grouting pipe, a pressure gauge and a flow meter, the grouting pump is connected to the drill hole through the grouting pipe so as to inject grout of a hole sealing material added with fluorescent powder into the drill hole, and the pressure gauge and the flow meter are arranged on the grouting pipe so as to be used for monitoring pressure and flow in the grouting pipe during grouting; and the visual observation system is used for recording the permeation and diffusion conditions of the slurry in cracks around the drill hole through an image when the slurry of the hole sealing material is injected into the drill hole. The hole sealing material with the determined optimal process parameters and the optimal proportion is applied to grouting hole sealing of actual gas extraction drill holes, so that the hole sealing material and a coal body form a whole after being solidified, the cohesiveness is good, and the strength is high.
