Abstract

The invention discloses a closing and aging test device for a vacuum circuit breaker and an aging parameter determination method. The device comprises an energy storage capacitor, a discharge reactor, a closing loop control switch, a metal oxide voltage limiter and a current transformer. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first pre-breakdown time when a test voltage is a phase voltage, a second pre-breakdown time when the test voltage is a different preset voltage, and a real-time closing inrush current; obtaining first pre-breakdown arc energy based on the closing inrush current and the first pre-breakdown time of the capacitor bank back-to-back closing type test corresponding to the phase voltage; acquiring second pre-breakdown arc energy based on the second pre-breakdown time and the real-time closing inrush current; calculating the ratio of the second pre-breakdown arc energy to the first pre-breakdown arc energy, and determining a pre-breakdown energy coefficient; and based on the pre-breakdown energy coefficient, determining an aging test voltage and an aging test current for aging the test breaker.
