Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a carbon-based adsorption electrode and a three-electrode electric flocculation system. The preparation method of the carbon-based adsorption electrode comprises the steps that waste biomass powder is taken, a pore-forming agent and water are added for uniform mixing, and then kneading is conducted till a bulk material is formed; placing the bulk material in a drying oven for drying at a preset temperature, then taking out the bulk material, continuing kneading and exhausting, and cutting the kneaded and exhausted bulk material to obtain a carbon-based precursor; and putting the carbon-based precursor into a vacuum tube furnace, heating to 900 DEG C at a preset heating rate, and then preserving heat for 2 hours to obtain the carbon-based adsorption electrode. The carbon-based adsorption electrode prepared by the invention has excellent conductivity and good adsorption capacity, can quickly treat water body pollution when being applied to a three-electrode electric flocculation system, has extremely strong adsorption capacity on particles in polluted water bodies, does not cause secondary pollution, and is simple in preparation process, low in preparation cost and suitable for industrial production. Therefore, the method is more suitable for an electric flocculation process.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of electrochemistry, and in particular, to a preparation method of a carbon-based adsorption electrode and a three-electrode electroflocculation system. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the development of industry and agriculture, environmental problems have become more and more serious. Excessive discharge of phosphorus in sewage leads to eutrophication of water bodies. At the same time, phosphorus is a non-renewable resource. The realization of effective phosphorus recovery is in line with the concept of sustainable development. Therefore, it is imperative to explore technologies for efficient capture and recovery of phosphorus in wastewater. [0003] At present, the removal methods of phosphorus mainly include: adsorption method, chemical precipitation method and biological method. Adsorption method refers to the use of some materials with large specific surface area and high...
