Abstract

The vertical acceleration signal is converted into output various roughness signal to complete the measurement of ground roughness. The signal output terminal of the vertical acceleration sensor is connected to the signal input terminal of serial or parallel A/D converter and the output terminal ofthe serial or parallel A/D converter is connected to computer. Inside the detectoin box, the vertical acceleration sensor and the serial or parallel A/D converter are installed on the same base boardand fixed in the same sealed dead weight calibrating box. The measurement method can obtain the vertical acceleration of the vehicle and the high frequency and low frequency ground roughness.
