The polarity of the ring-shaped permance magnet surface is same to that of the opposite electromagnet. When normally working, the electromagnet coil produces a certain quantity of repulsive by definite electricity to keep the balance. A stable endurance system can be generated under definite electricity. When there is deviation, just add small controlling electricity to provide damp (for instance: the opposite power to the speed direction), in order to reduce the times of vibration and shorten the time to return to the poise.
