Embodiment Construction
[0013] Use separately figure 1 with figure 2 The methods and regions shown were used to detect the data of three pole figures, {110}, {200} and {211} of the domestic ultra-deep drawn interstitial atom-free steel plate. Its measurement range is: α angle is 5π / 36~13π / 36, measured in a continuous manner; β angle measurement span is π / 2, and the value interval is π / 36. Then, the corresponding orientation distribution function is calculated and the complete {110} pole figure is inversely calculated using the conventional series expansion method. The result is as image 3 , Figure 4 shown. It can be seen that the two are basically consistent, showing that the method has high precision and is suitable for industrial applications.
