[0014] Example
[0015] According to the formula given in the following examples, the clinker suitable for the non-existing characteristic sulfur (iron) aluminate cement can be calcined. According to the above formulation and slight adjustment, different modified raw materials can be added in the clinker grinding process. It can be made into cement of sulfur (iron) aluminate series with different properties such as rapid hardening, expansion, and low alkali.

Abstract
The present invention belongs to a improvement of sulphoaluminated cement producting process, especially to utilize industrial waste in sulphoaluminate cement clinker producing process. The technological scheme of the present invention includes utilizing ardealite to replace expensive natural gypsum, using iron powder or iron ore powder as stuffing in compounding raw material, and incineration toproduce required sulphaluminate cement clinker. The present invention lays foundation for producing high quality and cheap sulphaluminate cement and eliminating industrial pollution.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the supplement or improvement of the existing sulfur (iron) aluminate cement process, especially the improvement of the clinker production process. Background technique [0002] There is no essential difference between sulphoaluminate and iron-aluminate cement in terms of formulation components and processing technology. It is customary to call the cement based on calcium sulfoaluminate as sulfoaluminum cement, while the cement based on calcium aluminate ferrite is called iron-aluminum cement. Even in the relevant national standards, there is no obvious or strict limit . And the similarity shown in its production technology, it can be considered that sulfur-aluminum cement and iron-aluminum cement series are included in a common technical field in essence. Hereinafter, it is simply referred to as sulfur (iron) aluminate cement. This series of cement includes rapid hardening type sulfur (iron) aluminate cement, low alkalinity...
