Abstract

The oil displacing and sand stabilizing agent is used for oil well in oil field to raise raw oil output while depositing sand. The oil displacing and sand stabilizing agent consists of water solution of polyacrylamide, formaldehyde, potassium hydroxide, polyethylene polyamine or tetraethyl pentamino olefine, HCl, hexamethine tetramine and ammonium chlirde and is prepared through re-compounding. During raw oil extracting and transporting process, adding certain amount of the oil displacing and sand stabilizing agent under certain temperature can separate sand from oil fast. The polymer is adsorbed onto the surface of sand to increase electrostatic force among sand grains for fast aggregation and deposition while oil floats upwards. The oil displacing and sand stabilizing agent contains some component to inhibit swelling of clay while separating oil from sand.
