Abstract
The present invention provides the process of detecting the gene expression level of epidermal growth factor acceptor EGFR gene in cell outside body quantitatively. The process includes the following steps: extracting RNA from the target cell and obtaining cDNA; selecting primer and Taqman probe in the 1744-4871 site nucleotide region of EGFR gene sequence; preparing standard sample based on the nucleotide in 1520-2016 sites of EGFR gene sequence; and performing real-time quantitative PCR analysis on EGFR gene expression by means of Taqman technology. The present invention provides also reagent kit for the real-time quantitative PCR detection of EGFR gene expression level in target cell.
