First prepare mould with cavity of rivet-shape and tungsten contact material of piece-shape; sanding one surface to remove oxidation layer and cover copper layer with braze welding on the surface; put cupper power and tungsten contact plate with surface covered cupper layer faced down in mould cavity; heat the mould, add pressure downward on tungsten contact plate till the cupper power melts; take cooling, cut edge of contact on punch; finally, polish the surface and obtain product. It h as advantages that increases the conductivity of contact, easy to rivet bond and ensures the contact form.
